On March 23rd, 2023, with the last container dispatched, the order of Fukuoka R Hotel, totaling 2348 pcs customized luminaires order (include: wall lamp ,pendant lamp, ceiling lamp, table lamp, floor lamp) from VIP customer, was finally successfully delivered.

In this case, the order was issued by our important customer in the first half of December, with the characteristics of large number of units, tight delivery time, many processes and difficult surface treatment, coupled with the Chinese New Year factor, all suppliers are on early holiday, Teva face the risk of not being able to meet customer’s schedules. After communicating with the customer, the order of delivery was determined.
In order to be able to meet their schedules, the technical department together with the manufacturing department worked overtime to complete the manufacturing drawings 7 days in advance. The purchasing department issued the estimated production orders to each supplier in advance to ensure that the outsourced parts could be delivered on time.
In the manufacturing sector, a large number of jigs were made to provide efficiency and quality assurance in order to ensure product quality.
Quality controller intervene in production in advance for quality control and timely detection of feedback problems to ensure the yield rate.
The skilled assembly and processing of the assembly personnel according to the work instructions was also the key to the on-time delivery.
